I had a great time at this hotel! the location was fantastic, nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac right across from the ocean. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. I loved the room service and the housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything spotlessly clean. And can we talk about the breakfast? It was fresh and hearty-definitely one of the best I've had in a while!
If I had to pick on something, I'd say the gaming section staff could use a bit of a smile; they seemed a tad grumpy.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel situated across from the ocean in a quiet cauldesac. This place offered me a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating to any request I made. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the electric blankets which kept me cozy during the chilly nights. Moreover, the hotel provided a range of dining options, including in-room breakfast, a dining restaurant, a bar/lounge area. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone.
This hotel is truly a gem! I highly recommend it to everyone.

The stairs leading up to the room were a bit difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. It would have been nice to have had some assistance with carrying our bags up to the room.
